A stoned joyrider left a woman with a broken rib after he hijacked and crashed her car during a high-speed police chase, a court heard. Amin R’houne, 23, ‘jumped’ into his victim’s Renault before speeding at 84mph in a 40mph zone while high on cannabis at around midnight on 20 June last year.
