Tax consultant ‘helped out in Ponzi fraud’

The boss of a tax consultancy firm appeared in court charged with plotting to pervert the course of justice with a notorious Ponzi fraudster. Stephen Lewis Allen, 67, is said to have ‘disguised’ Renwick Haddow’s interest in a property in Bayswater, west London, and ‘its availability as an asset’.
