Accused head chopper in court

A killer accused of nearly decapitating his elderly mother at their £600,000 detached home has appeared at the Old Bailey. Philip Tarver, 46, allegedly murdered 86-year-old Angela Tarver and threatened to kill his dad Colin Tarver, 83, at their house in Woking, Surrey on December 19 last year.
