Accused killer may be unfit to stand trial

An alleged killer accused of stabbing a man to death and attempting to murder another just hours later may not be fit to plead, a court heard. Mohamed Elmi, 37, was knifed in Soho, central London, in the early hours of 2 March this year. Hours later, police were called to another incident in Camden after a 16-year-old boy was stabbed.
