Accused Knifeman ‘refuses to leave cell’

A knifeman accused of assaulting a police officer has refused to appear in court. Kane Webb, 39, is charged with possessing a kitchen knife as an offensive weapon, possessing a bladed article and assaulting an emergency worker in Norley Vale, Putney, on March 23.
