Accused of killing this postie in road race

A motorist accused of killing a postman has denied causing death by dangerous driving. Sarunas Pavalkis, 29, was allegedly at the wheel of a grey BMW 5-series saloon when 57-year-old Jeff Hollis was killed in Heathway, Dagenham, on April 30, 2020. Prosecutor Alexander Agbamu said Pavalkis was travelling in convoy with another vehicle which ploughed into Mr Hollis’s Ford B-Max. Mr Hollis died from his injuries and his son Ben Hollis spoke of his heartbreak on Twitter after the tragedy….
