Accused of possessing bomb ingredients

An alleged terrorist accused of possessing explosives has appeared at the Old Bailey. Scott Porter, 43, of Sussex, attended the brief hearing today (fri) via video-link from custody and spoke only to confirm his details. He is charged with three counts of possessing terrorist-related material and one count of possessing an explosive substance under suspicious circumstances.
