Accused of stabbing his mother to death

A man accused of stabbing his 84-year-old mother to death has been remanded in custody. Doris Innes was found seriously injured outside her home in Red Lion Place, Plumstead, southeast London, on 1 April. Ms Innes was rushed to hospital by paramedics where she died. Two other people were threatened with a knife during the incident, but not injured.
