Accused Russian spy appears in court

An alleged spy appeared in court today (fri) charged with attempting to disclose information about an MP to Russia’s intelligence services. Howard Phillips, 65, held ‘sensitive information’ about the politician which he tried to pass on spymasters, it is claimed.
