Algerian migrant stole £20k of laptops and phones from pubs

A migrant accused of swiping laptops, phones and rucksacks from City bars in a £20,000 crime spree has appeared in court. Algerian Munir Ghilas, 28, allegedly targeted drinkers between July 24 and October 23 this year.
