Alleged killer denies murdering woman 29 years ago

An alleged killer today (tues) denied stabbing a Colombian woman to death nearly 29 years ago. Sandip Patel, 50, was charged with murdering Marina Koppell, 39, on 9 August 1994 following a cold case review. Ms Koppel, a Columbian who had lived in London for 13 years, was found dead by her husband in her flat in Chiltern Street, Marylebone. She had been stabbed multiple times.
