Aussie reporter feared she would be killed

An Australian TV reporter feared she would be killed by a terrorist when she was attacked by a man wielding a screwdriver as she covered the George Floyd protests in London. Soofuu Yakr, 26, yelled ‘Allahu Akbar’ at Channel 9 reporter Sophie Walsh, 34, and made stabbing motions at her stomach during her broadcast in Hyde Park on 3 June. Ms Walsh managed to push Yakr away before her cameraman chased the attacker through the park before he was arrested….
