A nurse who pretended to be volunteering at a local bonfire party after she was suspended has been thrown out of the profession. Lois Bannister wore a high visibility jacket with ‘NURSE’ on the back to the public event in Sutton-in-Craven in North Yorkshire on October 31 2014.
