Bar fight between neighbours

A feud between neighbours spiralled ‘out of control’ and ended in a fight with metal bars, a court heard. IT consultant Jahmal Kigozi, 24, and his father Kelvin Piper, 48, denied affray when they appeared at Westminster Magistrates’ Court.
