‘Bent accounts clerk took restaurant group for £107k’

An accounts assistant accused of stealing more than £100,000 from a restaurant franchise has appeared in court. Goran Brima, 27, allegedly transferred £107,021.86 into nine bank accounts while working at The Boporan Restaurant Group. The Boporan Restaurant Group owns a number of restaurants including family friendly Giraffe and retro American Ed’s Diner.
