Bent housing charity worker rented flat to himself

A housing charity worker made £100,000 renting out properties to secret tenants, a court heard. Gael Ikobonga, 32 worked as a tenancy services manager for firm leasing properties on behalf of a charity. Ikobonga marked several of the properties in a Canning Town block as not occupied or rented – but sub-let them  and pocketed the rent. He even moved into one of the flats with his girlfriend.
