Blind man signed pension forms he could not see

An elderly blind man was conned into transferring his pension into a high-risk scheme run by two crooked financial advisers by signing forms he could not read, a court heard. Rikki Nicholls, 56, and Mark Kelly, 49, persuaded 285 victims to move their pension plans to their company PCD Wealth and Pensions (PCD) between 2006 and 2008, jurors heard.
