Blood spitter gets two months for carrying a knife

A shoplifter who spat blood over a police cell was let off because he could not remember doing it. Jason Rimmer, 30, was chased down the street by police after trying to shoplift from an east London Co-op on May 20. During the pursuit he dropped a Stanley knife he had taken to help with the theft but police found it and arrested him.
