Border Force officer was ‘working for Chinese intelligence’
A UK Border Force officer and a trade official carried out ‘shadow policing’ and surveillance for Chinese agents, a court heard. Retired Hong Kong police officer Chung Biu Yuen, 65, also known as ‘Billy’ or Bill Yuen, worked for the Hong Kong Economic Trade Office in London.
