Boss denies cover-up after pensioner death

A care home director has denied staging a cover-up after a 93-year-old resident suffered fatal burns in a hot bath. Frances Norris was rushed to hospital from the Birdsgrove Nursing Home in Bracknell, Berkshire on February 5, 2015 but died three days later, the Old Bailey heard.
