Bosses in the dock after labourer dies on building site

A labourer was killed after a 650kg window fell on his head, a court heard. Robert Constantin Stoian, 33, was working for a demolition company at the time of the tragedy in Tower Hamlets, east London, in August 2018. ‘That window collapsed on the deceased causing fatal head injuries resulting in his death,’ said prosecutor Misba Majid.
