Boys were ‘restrained on a board by struck off doctor to carry out illegal circumcisions’

A struck off doctor restrained young boys on a ‘circumstraint’ board to carry out illegal circumcisions, a court heard. Dr Mohammad Siddiqui, 58, administered prescription-only anaesthetics despite not being an appropriate practitioner and sometimes used creams instead, causing the boys unnecessary pain, it was said.
