Brother of Liam and Noel Gallagher accused of assaults

The older brother of Oasis stars Liam and Noel Gallagher appeared in court  charged with a series of assaults against women Paul Gallagher, 59, is also accused of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and three counts of ssault.
