Building site killer faces life sentence

A Polish plasterer who knifed an elderly bricklayer to death because he wanted to sleep on his building site is facing a life sentence. Dawid Wycik, 28, stabbed drinking friend Czeslaw ‘Chester’ Swiatkowski, 67, to death with a kitchen knife in Hackney, east London, on January 24.
