Bungling nurse gave wrong vaccine to child
A nurse who gave a child the wrong vaccine and almost repeated the mistake with a second youngster has been suspended for three months. Claire Clarke made the blunder while working at the Cross Keys GP practice in Princes Risborough, Bucks, in April 2019.
