Gun plot pair ‘stole luxury Range Rover’

Two alleged gunmen have appeared in court accused of stealing a luxury Range Rover in a plot to kill a rival. Leon De Silva, 21, and Rached Itani, 20, allegedly planned to murder Kemal Bassaragh on 6 November last year. They armed themselves with weapons including a knife and a gun and stormed across Wandsworth Bridge Road, southwest London in stolen Range Rover Evoque, prosecutors claim.
