Burglar left his DNA on Babycham bottle

A thirsty burglar has been jailed after he helped himself to Babycham at his victim’s home and left his DNA on the bottle. David Keating, 49, broke into a pensioner’s retirement flat in Freshfield Road, Formby, Lancs, and grabbed jewellery and medals won by her grandfather. He also took the resident’s blood pressure monitor and some other electrical equipment.
