Businessman prosecutes Boris Johnson

A businessman is privately prosecuting Boris Johnson for misconduct in a public office before the Brexit referendum. Marcus Ball alleges the 54-year-old Tory MP used his position in Parliament as then Mayor of London to intentionally mislead the public about the cost of European Union membership.
