A campaigner who blew up a ULEZ camera with a home-made explosive causing shrapnel damage to a passing car and a child’s bedroom 28 metres away is facing jail. Kevin Rees, 63, allegedly set up a group celebrating the destruction of Ultra Low Emission Zone cameras and called himself ‘The Exterminator’ on Facebook Messenger.
