Car park killer of Ion Radu sent to secure hospital

A killer who stabbed a homeless Romanian to death in a carpark will be locked up in hospital indefinitely. Kiiran Hibbert-Gordon, 24, knifed 46-year-old Ion Radu in the liver in Crystal Palace, southeast London, last 1 June. Hibbert-Gordon denied murder but admitted manslaughter on the basis of diminished responsibility.
