A knifeman accused of stabbing a mother to death in front of her three-year-old daughter while trying to attack another man with a machete was remanded in custody today (mon). Shakiel Thibou, 20, is charged with the murder of 32-year-old Cher Maximen on ‘Family Day’ Notting Hill Carnival on 25 August.
