The assault case against one of the killers of schoolboy Damilola Taylor has been thrown out after key witnesses failed to turn up to court. Ricky Johnson Preddie, 37, was accused of assaulting Robertine Houda and Tunde Oladunni by beating in the Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, on 18 May 2023.
