Casino toilet voyeur could be released in weeks

A gambler who hid in the women’s toilets at the Hippodrome Casino to try and take pictures of women will be back on the streets in weeks. Akram Azkar, 27, was arrested after being discovered by a woman hidden inside a cubicle in the early hours of 25 May 2025.
