Coffin botherer is unwell again

A mourner who grabbed the flag on the Queen’s coffin as she lay in state is still unfit to attend court. Muhammad Khan 28, was tackled to the ground by police after he seized the Royal Standard with both hands at around 9:30pm on 16 September.
