Commuter ‘was train pervert’
A commuter thrust into a woman’s back and touched her thigh in a packed train carriage, a court heard. Sri Lankan Upul Katulanda, 33, allegedly touched her hand before moving on to her thigh as he stood behind her on the busy train between Brimsdown, Enfield and Stratford in east London.
