Compulsive masturbator ‘has Covid’

A pervert who repeatedly pleasures himself in front of disgusted members of the public will be sentenced next week after claiming he has Covid-19 symptoms. Mark Kaye, 54, of Conway Crescent, Perivale, northwest London, has admitted outraging public decency by performing solo sex acts on four occasions between January 2017 and July 2018.
