Prosecution of Palestine Action supporters ‘is a breach of the Human Rights Act’

Supporters of Palestine Action should not be prosecuted because a conviction would be a breach of their human rights, a court heard. Jeremy Shippam, 72, Judit Murray, 71, and Fiona Maclean, 53, were arrested following a protest in Parliament Square on 5 July.
