Cop accused of con

A serving police officer has appeared in court accused of conning two women out of more than £10,000. Reshat Kemal, 34, is said to have defrauded two women, Katy King and Susan Clarke, out of £6,000 and £5,000 respectively, after offering to invest money on their behalf. Kemal, of Stepney, east London, appeared at Westminster Magistrates’ Court charged with two counts of theft.
