Cop accused of suspect assault

  A policeman accused of assaulting a man during an armed raid leaving him with a collapsed lung will stand trial in September. PC Adrian Daly was one of a number of officers who swooped on the address in Rayleigh Road, West Silvertown in east London, on 29 September 2015.
