4×4 driver killed cyclist

A pensioner who killed a cyclist in her 4×4 has denied causing death by careless driving. Joan Martino, 69, hit 58-year-old Christopher Holt in her blue Rav 4 on Rainham Road, Hornchurch, Essex, on 11 May last year. Mr Holt survived the initial collision but died four days later in hospital from a pulmonary embolism.
