Cop shouted warning before his Taser shot put suspect in a wheelchair

A police officer shouted ‘Taser’ before he fired at a suspect who was running away from him, a court heard. Jordan Walker-Brown, 26, suffered ‘permanent and complete paraplegia’ and was left in a wheelchair after he fell on to his head from a wall in Finsbury Park, north London, on 4 May 2020.
