A Met Police officer has been fined £450 after he was caught by colleagues soliciting a prostitute while off duty. PC Tristan Downing, 38, was arrested on Langhedge Lane, Edmonton, on January 14 during a police operation ‘seeking to find those who exploit sex workers’, the Met said.
