Couple ‘robbed and murdered pensioner’ whose body was not discovered for weeks
A couple murdered a pensioner and went on a £14,000 spending spree with her bank cards, a court heard. Susan Hawkey, 70, was found ‘heavily decomposed’ under a duvet in her flat in Neasden, northwest London, on 26 September after police forced entry.
