A crooked financial manager has been spared jail after his £32,000 DVD scam was busted by the media tycoon behind Bob the Builder. Vincent Leahy, 53, pocketed thousands by illegally diverting cash from the sale of Simply Media TV’s warehouse stock between 2009 and 2011.
