Ban for nurse after Christmas binge

A nurse who overdid the Christmas celebrations and turned up still drunk on Boxing Day has been suspended. Susan Mullin behaved inappropriately in front of patients while working at the St Josephs Convent Nursing Home in Stafford and carried on boozing throughout her shift, the Nursing and Midwifery Council heard.
