Crooked sub-letter made £70k

A woman made £70,000 when she fraudulently claimed social housing then illegally sub-let the flat to live in her own home, a court heard. Louise O’Rourke, 31, admitted that she did not disclose to the Corporation of London that she had freehold interest in another property between 14 July 2008 and May 2011.
