Croydon ‘community centre’ was crack den

Police have stopped a man being visited at his home by anyone except his mother after the flat was being used as a crack den by teenage dealers. Marquette Cain, 45, allowed two 14-year-olds and one 15-year-old to use his South London flat as a base.
