Cyclist accused of killing this NHS administrator

A cyclist accused of killing a hospital worker in an alleged hit-and-run  has appeared at the Old Bailey. Ermir Loka, 22, allegedly ploughed into Peter McCombie as the 72-year-old HR administrator made his way home from work at the Royal London Hospital in Whitechapel.
