A woman torched her neighbours’ home by posting burning paper plates through their letterbox, a court heard. Amanda Vincent, 56, allegedly slammed doors and avoided eye contact in passing while shouting death threats at Jennifer Ntangu through their shared wall in Egbert House, east London.
