Dead sex attacker loses appeal

The late PR guru Max Clifford has  lost his appeal against his sex convictions from beyond the grave after his lawyers claimed his victims jumped on the ‘Jimmy Savile band wagon’. Clifford died in HMP Littlehey, Cambs, aged 74 in December 2017 while serving an eight -year jail sentence for sexually abusing four teenage girls.
